🚚 Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Pre-order items will ship on or shortly before the advertised release date

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

📮 Delivery Times & Methods

Shipping times vary depending on destination:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
    (Shipping times may vary for regional or remote areas.)

New Zealand

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or a trusted courier partner.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If tracking does not appear after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist.

All Rosie & Peaches products are packed with care to protect your items in transit.
Books are shipped in sturdy mailers to prevent bending or damage.

🛑 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If your item is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Arrives damaged

  • Delayed beyond normal shipping times

Please email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at [your customer support email] with your order number and photos (for damaged items). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
