We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery if the item is:

In its original condition

In its original packaging (where applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: due to the nature of printed products, return eligibility may vary for books depending on condition (see below).
📚 Book Returns
Books may be returned if:

They arrive damaged

A printing defect is present

The incorrect item was received
Books cannot be returned for:

Minor cosmetic imperfections from normal shipping

Change of mind once opened (unless agreed at our discretion)
If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.

Once your return is inspected and approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please allow 3–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of:

Faulty items

Incorrect items received

Orders damaged in transit

Ship your item using a trackable method
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
🧾 Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Rosie & Peaches is not responsible for:

Orders placed with the wrong address

Uncollected parcels returned to sender
We can resend items once returned to us, but additional shipping fees will apply.
